w555 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the w555 website or platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the w555 Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform for specific games, promotions, or services.

These Terms apply to all users of the w555 Platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the w555 Platform — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You may hold only one (1) active account on w555. Operating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

w555 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. KYC is a mandatory step before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during your account's lifetime.

Accepted KYC documents on w555 include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Pakistani driving licence (where accepted as identity proof)

5. Deposits

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are stated in the w555 Cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, the minimum deposit is typically Rs 200.
• w555 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your w555 account balance.
• w555 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your w555 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to you. w555 will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the Cashier and vary by method.
• w555 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Cashier, but reserves the right to apply additional review periods for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.

• w555 reserves the right to void and recover any winnings found to have been generated through fraudulent, exploitative, or collusive activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

w555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, eligible games, and maximum win caps, which are published alongside the relevant offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before transfer to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• w555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond w555's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including incorrect bet placement or failure to withdraw funds within any applicable timeframe.

w555's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy
